BOYS! BOYS! BOYS! Volume 11

BOYS! BOYS! BOYS! is a programme by The Little Black Gallery started in 2018, curated by co-founder Ghislain Pascal, to promote queer and gay fine art photography. It now represents more than 78 photographers from 33 countries - including China, India, Iran, Kenya, Poland and Russia where gay rights are repressed and queer lives under constant threat. It includes exhibitions, books, bi-annual magazine, zines, photography courses, portfolio reviews, and the online art platform.

Volume 11 features nine photographers from around the world: Tom Botting  UK), Michael Epps (USA), Arturo Goñi (Peru), Nigel Grimmer (UK), Alfonso Ibato (Mexico), Dmytro Komissarenko (Ukraine), Brennan Rigg (USA), Liu Tao (China), Sean Patrick Watters (USA).

Our special feature interview by Gustavo Forcada is with film director Sam Shahid about his film 'Hidden Masters: The Legacy of George Platt Lynes' - illustrated with images by George Platt Lynes.

$1 from the sale of each magazine goes to charities supporting the LGBTQ+ community and fighting the HIV / AIDS epidemic.
