My Body is Your Body explores gender dysphoria as a personal blockade in experiencing romance. Shown through snapshot moments captured on instant film, the anxiety and self-disgust manifests itself through mark-making. Accompanied by the images are several instances of poetic writing that further explore the relationship between the body and the ideas of romantic connection.
