Artist Statement

Through risograph printing, Blue Ladies turns the cycles of motherhood into visible patterns — the repetitions, ruptures, and quiet rhythms of women’s daily lives.

About the Artist

Hanna Isseyegh is an artist with an expanded print practice, exploring conflict and transformation within maternal experience. Working across printmaking, paper cutouts, and textiles, her work reflects on the emotional labour and lived complexities of caregiving. Through a research-led and socially engaged approach, she develops projects that centre lived experience and generational knowledge, often working collaboratively to create space for dialogue, empathy, and shared reflection.
Currently undertaking an MA in Design for Change at IADT, Dún Laoghaire, Isseyegh’s practice sits at the intersection of social design, maternal experience, and participatory art. A member of the Black Church Print Studio, her work is held in private collections across Ireland and England, with selected exhibitions including Chaos/Order at DLR Lexicon, The Dublin Book Fair, Signal Arts Centre, On Show, and Afterthought.

Framed prints are no longer posted. We only deliver framed prints within Dublin. All postage costs for unframed works are processed separately following the order of the print. This is to allow for specific protective packaging for each case. After purchase, we will contact you to organise delivery and payment for the delivery costs.
