DESCRIPTION

A little girl really wants to see her
plants grow, so she spends her days
outside, helping them.

A little watcher worries though;
anything can happen in the garden –
does the girl know what to do?

A heartwarming and beautifully illustrated tale that subtly teaches children about the importance of caring for the planet, Wild Eyes is a new picture book by author and illustrator Bex Sheridan. The book invites young readers to step into the quiet magic of a little girl’s garden, where her small, thoughtful actions ripple outward to make a meaningful difference.

Bex Sheridan is an Irish author, illustrator, designer and educator. Her previous books include Go to Sleep, Hoglet! and Irish Farm Animals (O’Brien Press). She has contributed to many other books through her illustration and design work, and works with other writers and illustrators to encourage the growth of the Irish book world. Working as a lecturer with undergraduate students, Bex passes along her knowledge in many creative subjects to aid the next generation in exploring their own creative skills.
