PhotoIreland is opening a new position for a part-time team member—a motivated and focused individual—to join us at The Library Project, Ireland’s Art Bookshop in Temple Bar, Dublin. The position will run for the busy Christmas period. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transaction of sales, actively contributing to healthy sales figures, daily upkeep of the bookshop, providing a welcoming environment and courteous point of contact for all visitors, as well as assisting with events such as exhibitions and book launches.
There is an opportunity to secure the position into a permanent role in the new year, with a review of hours and pay, following the Christmas period, if the candidate is interested and suitable criteria has been met. PhotoIreland is a growing arts organisation with exciting changes and opportunities coming up. We favour growing our team into these career opportunities, based on the candidate’s demonstrated committed, reliable, and professional performance and interest.
