A Body with More Tongues is a Mythical Creature is an intimate, interdisciplinary project that combines text, illustration, music, and a card game. It reflects on how living in a foreign country reshapes our body language and the way we physically interact. The book builds upon Laura Cemin's solo exhibition Paper Notes and Pinecones, presented in May 2024 at HAM Gallery in Helsinki, and brings together contributions from artists and performers such as Chen Nadler, Daniela Pascual, Francesca Berti, Giorgio Convertito, Giorgia Lolli, Isabella Covertino, Tashi Iwaoka, and others.
