Horse of Venus is a visual exploration of colour, the body, carnival, sexuality, Brazilian identity, mythology, and the emotional stages of a romantic relationship, featuring a series of watercolour drawings accompanied by a curatorial essay. All texts appear in Portuguese (the original language), with full English and French translations.
Stefanie Ferraz is a Brazilian-Portuguese artist working with painting and drawing. She lived in London from 2015 to 2020, during which time completed an MA in Fine Art at Chelsea College of Arts (2015–2016) and an MFA in Fine Art Media at the Slade School of Fine Art (2016–2018).
